Introduction
Tenby Coasteering runs coasteering adventures around the South Pembrokeshire coastline in a variety of locations developed by us to offer adventure, excitement and a unique perspective on the famous Pembrokeshire coast.
You’ll meet one of the highly experienced guides who will brief you, kit you out in their specialist equipment and take you on an adventure. Jumping, swimming and climbing are the main ingredients but coasteering is much, much more!
The experience will begin at one of our specially developed routes and give you a full safety brief before we get in.
Jumping is optional - but also extremely enjoyable!
We’ll explore caves likely only visited by our coasteerers…
…and mess around in the swell.

Facilities and additional information
Equipment needed: We provide wetsuits, buoyancy aids and helmets. We ask everyone to bring footwear - trainers are best.
Weather: Occasionally large swells or strong winds can stop us running!
Parking: We meet at - or sometimes near - a carpark.
Food & Drink: There are numerous cafes, pubs and restaurants in the area that we can recommend
